Description

Designed and made in New Zealand, TruDesign Vented Loops are the superior composite siphon break solutions for marine applications. Vented Loops prevent water siphoning from underwater skin fittings back into a vessel and thereby guard against accidental flooding and sinking. Vented loops are used predominantly in toilet to overboard applications, toilet inlet applications and holding tank to overboard applications. They can also be used in genset or small engine inlet cooling water systems. The simple one way breather valve at the top of the vented loop allows air to enter the line when not in use, thereby preventing siphoning - and yet seals when water or waste passes through the loop. The duckbill one way valve is designed to seal even when particles are present in the fluid. Vented Loops are moulded from a high-strength, highly inert Polysulfone core overmoulded in Polyproplene.

Specifications:
It is recommended that the electronic Vented Loop with Solenoid (on following page) be used on the intakes of electric pump toilets and that the two are wired together so that the Solenoid closes upon pump activation preventing the draw-in of air. When the pump deactivates, the solenoid opens and breaks any siphon.

Returns policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
